It will be my aim to:

• Always be honest in my dealings with you;
• Always give the best possible advice, even if it means advising you to go elsewhere;
• Never assume I know more than you;
• Never to profit unfairly;
• Honour deadlines;
• Tell you if I mess up and to offer solutions;
• Never tie you into an agreement you don’t need, or can’t afford;
• Always give value for money;
• Never forget whose money I’m spending;
• Never have small print!

In other words, when I send you a quote, that’s the final price. If you don’t like what I do, I’ll do it again. You won’t pay me a penny - not even a deposit - until you’re happy with the overall concept. If I can’t give you what you want, I won’t ask you to pay for it.

That’s a promise.
